Objectives

In this module on making PowerPoint presentations accessible you will:

  1. Understand the various tools in PowerPoint that make a presentation accessible
  2. Refer back to these resources when you have specific questions

About this Module

This module contains information on each of the most common accessibility errors when producing a PowerPoint presentation for the Department. Each presentation will involve one or more of the topics covered. All of these topics will create errors if not properly addressed.

Topics are presented from the easiest to the most complex. Each topic is between one and three pages long and covers a single aspect of accessibility in PowerPoint.
